This role aims to ensure efficient organization of the work unit. The most important aspect of most forms of decision making is deciding the various activities according to resource allocation. The role of influencing,

namely the leader of the bureaucracy must be able to influence his team so that they are willing to cooperate in realizing a work program. Organizational leaders can develop various techniques to influence subordinates. Relying solely on authority will not have a meaningful effect on subordinates. Therefore, organizational leaders can modify the authority and traits of an organizational leader.

that is related to giving encouragement to the team to work harder. If the influencing role can be effective, then the motivating role will be easier to do.
